
Apostle Johnnie Capers, Founder
currently serves as Apostle and Senior Pastor at Favor Ministries in Ridgeville, SC. Apostle Capers is a community builder in the physical, mental and spiritual capacities. He is owner and operator of Omar ‘s Floorcovering.

Reverend Kimberly N. McMichael, Instructor
currently serves as the Senior Pastor at Greater Gaines Chapel AME Church, Savannah, GA. She is the mother of four and grandmother of Azuri and Gideon. Pastor Kim is affectionately known as the Pastor with the tool belt. She loves carpentry projects and says that is must be the Jesus in her. Rev. McMichael was called to Georgia amidst a successful business career managing over $7 million dollars. She is very much like the story of Abraham. She and her family packed what they could, and moved to Evans County, Georgia. She attended Troy University where she obtained her M.Ed. degree with a specialization in psychological counseling. She then joined the ITC family of scholars where she completed her M.Div. degree with honors.

Elsie W. Smalls, Ph.D., MBA,
currently serves as part-time faculty member at Columbia Southern University and South University, as well as co-founder of LoMa Spoken Word and Consulting, LLC. Her experience also includes over 25years in higher education administration; program, curriculum and seminar development, and workshop facilitation.

Ruthie G. Williams, Ph.D.
currently serves as part-time faculty member at Columbia Southern University, as well as co-founder of LoMa Spoken Word and Consulting, LLC. Her experience also includes student recruitment, community outreach, ministry and workshop facilitation; case management at The South Carolina Department of Corrections for 16 years, South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice as Classification Coordinator for 5 years.
